Erin joined DATRON in early 2020, shortly after graduating college. She came to DATRON with 8 years in the customer service industry, giving her strong communication skills and attention to detail, which is essential in her fast-paced role.

At DATRON, Erin ensures customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently and advocating for their needs. She manages inter-departmental requests, coordinates on-site visits for our technicians and engineers, and processes repair orders.
